Self-Portraits

1. Watch this 28 minute video The forger’s masterclass – Ep.03 – Vincent van Gogh https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yeDrkZaCXqI  

2. Activity – Borrow a phone with a picture of yourself to look at or use a mirror. Using the materials you have, colored pencils, etc., draw a self-portrait using some of the same style as Vincent van Gogh. Present the drawing. Show how you used van Gogh’s art themes presented in the video. The goal is not to make a masterpiece but rather to demonstrate you understand and can apply the themes.
